Our nails can last up to 3 months with proper care; thanks to our high-quality sticky-tabs. Each set has 24 sticky-tabs so you can reuse the nails up to two times and fix the ones that may have fallen off. If your nail has been stained, use rubbing alcohol pads to remove the stain.

Our high-quality sticky tabs are not only durable, but also safe for your nails. We chose them over nail glue to protect your natural nails and your fake ones! Using the tabs will ensure an easy, and hassle-free removal.

Keep them dry and avoid contact with soap, oils and dish washing liquid. Ideally, you might also want to avoid doing aggressive work with the nails on. In the off-chance they do come off, you can always replace the tab with a new one!

Exchanges:

We accept exchanges if:

* The size does not fit.
* You contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
* The nails and packaging are unused and undamaged.
* The sticky-tab packet is completely unopened.
* The product passes our quality inspection before an exchange is approved.

Please note that an exchange may be declined if the nails, packaging, or other components show signs of damage, use, or mishandling.

Returns & Refunds:

Returns and refunds are available for damaged or incomplete products, provided all return conditions are met.

Eligible reasons include:

* The product arrives damaged beyond minor imperfections that may naturally occur because our nails are handmade.
* Pieces are missing from your order.
* The size does not fit.
* The nails and packaging are unused and undamaged.
* The sticky-tab packet is completely unopened.

All returned products will undergo a quality inspection before a return or refund is approved.

Refunds are only applicable to damaged products or orders that meet all of the conditions above. A refund is not guaranteed until the product has been inspected and the return has been approved.
